• The first of them being that nowadays, the software tool, instead of helping and making the work easier, often creates additional constraints that go against the reason why it was created ... Therefore, each task performed on Concierge Organizer must be at least as fast as the equivalent « manual » task. Actually, in most cases, the work is much more rapid and a lot less constraining.

That is why Concierge Organizer is built on the increasingly widespread principle of a working Front Office in contact with customers, and of a working Back-office mainly oriented  towards clients to come.

• Thirdly, the Concierge obviously exercises a job where he must be able to handle several tasks simultaneously and finish one without forgetting the other, as for example stopping a conversation with a client in order to answer a call while keeping in mind the instruction he has been asked to perform for a third customer whereas he is already handling a dozen requests from other customers, each one being more urgent than the other. Not only Concierge Organizer will help him save all these tasks so that he or members of his team will achieved them, but more importantly, Concierge Organizer never requires ending a task before moving to another. For instance, you are booking a a restaurant in Concierge Organizer, but a customer wants an address and driving directions to get there. You can easily stop the booking in order to answer quickly the client's demand.
