ParametersBefore using Concierge Organizer, a number of parameters needs to be registered. You can reach the « parameters » from the « Diary » in the top-left corner. Only the administrator can get to the « Parameters », regular users cannot. On all the screens of "Parameters", one can see :
- The "Back" buttons in the lower left and upper right corners bring you back to the "Diary",
- The "Check for Bad Pass-Ons" to do what corresponds to its name.

|  |  Memo |  | This screen may be used to keep every Concierge Organizer administrator informed on the technical aspects of the software or its security protocol and use in general.

|  Hotel Parameters | - You must be very careful when you fill the following information in because they will induce the way your letters, the itineraries will look like, and also the use of the software :
- The name of the hotel
- The address of the hotel
- The logo of the hotel, the rubber can be used to erase the logo,
- Languages are to be selected in the drop-down list, three languages are available : German, English and French.
- With « Function of 3rd column » you can decide whether " Functions " or " Mess@ges will appear" on the " Diary ".
- in the "Weather site, you can change the website if this one does not suit you.
- "Password Parameters : Make sure to lock the access to « Parameters » to avoid any change unwanted by the adminisitrators of Concierge Organizer.
- Click on the field beginning with « file: » and then select a file in the backup folder you previously created. The format of this file does not matter. Concierge Organizer only uses the file to determine the backup folder.
- Finally, the drop-down list located under "Choose" is used to choose the frequency of the backups.

|  Staff | This screen is composed of two parts, on the left are the concierge, on the right the grooms.
- You must be very careful when you fill in the first two columns because their datas appear in the letters of confirmation of reservations and itineraries. The same goes for the column entitled "Position"
- The column "Initials" implements the drop-down list in the columns "By" of the reservations screens su as "Restaurant", "Transportation", "Tickets", "Services" and "Pass-Ons", these initials are also necessary in order to connect to "Mess@ges"
- "Position" reveals the function of each member of the staff.
- It is essential to enter a password for each user so that « mess@ge » remains confidential.
- The next column is used to number each concierge.
- The column "order" to determine the order each member of the staff's initials appear in the drop-down list.
- Finally, use the trash icon to delete the references of a concierge.

|  Directory | Here you can:
- Choose the title of the three check boxes appearing in the "Record" tab of "Directory"
- Set the folder where documents of the "Directory" will be stored. To do this, click the field beginning with « file: » and then select a file in the storage folder that you have previously created. The format of the file does not matter. Concierge Organizer only uses the file to determine the storage folder.
- Both check boxes must be marked so that the logo and footer appear on the printings of the "Directory"
- Finally, the choice of the printing format is still being developed. Thank you for your understanding.
