|  Researches. | From here, you can perform researches:
- by date hitting on "Today"
- with the "All by Name", which displays all the itineraries listed in alphabetical order,
- by entering the client's references and then hitting "Go!"
- by naming the customer and then pressing the button "Go!"
- by entering a starting date and then clicking "Go!"
- by filling-in an ending date and then pressing the button "Go!"
- by entering a starting date and ending date and clicking "Go."
In all cases, the result of your search appears on the right side of the screen. |
|  Navigation. |  | Therefore the right side displays either the results of your research if any or itineraries of the current date.
- The first column shows a chip of a different color depending on the status of the itinerary: red for an itinerary to come ; yellow for an itinerary in progress and green for a passed itinerary. The other columns give information according to their titles.
- As a reminder, the "Reference" field is either an automatic numbering generated by Concierge Organizer or a reference implemented by users. This choice can be set up in the parameters of “Itineraries”, in the tab "General". Furthermore, the column entitled "By" corresponds to the initials of the author of the itineraries.
- Click on a row to get the itineraries of a customer.
Click on the picture above to reach the chapter entitled “Personnal Itineraries”.
