Everything began in 1998 in the Hotel Lancaster when FileMaker Pro 3 was presented by a customer working for the Bloomberg company who used it to organize all his appointements with this software. Having been making simple applications running on dBase III and dBase IV for the past few years, Roderick Levéjac took an interest in this easy to use and very intuitive software which greatly simplified the development of IT solutions. Creating a computer program to answer his job's needs became immediatly the main purpose in learning to use FileMaker. Only a few weeks were necessary...
The first version, its genesis in fact, appeared in Spring 1998. It was intended to be used on a single computer, which was enough for a hotel of 58 rooms. The « Back-Office » excepted, most of the basic functions were present, but they were much less elaborate than they are today.
The second version consisted in the implementation of the sofware at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in May 2001. For the first time, Concierge Organizer could be used simultaneously by five concierges. Today the number of connexions is up to ten at the same time. The « To Be Called For », « Express Courier » and « deliveries » registers are implemented at that time. An internal e-mailing program, in a very basic version, was intalled too and it allowed to communicate between staff members. Concierge Organizer was not yet to be commercialised.
The third version can be summed up as the first commercialized product for the hotel « Ritz » in Paris. It was the moment when the author met the which allowed the engineering company Cogifor. The software is stabilized and its development takes its full extent now. Some features will not be kept as the e-mailing program (which comes back, completely renewed and completely efficient in version 4.0). Concierge Organizer became more and more popular and was gradually set up in the daily activities of Concierges of some of the most hotels.
The fourth version corresponds to the end of Cogifor and the birth of Cogifor.com but also the meeting with Johann Braud, manager of this dynamic company. Johann Braud is a certified FileMaker Pro developer and his mastery will bring Concierge Organizer to achieve an unexpected and extremely successful. Listening to users will lead him to an excellent understanding of the job of Concierge and therefore improve the software in order to answer as fully as possible the expectations of Concierges.

- Chabé Limousines : automatically send the car bookings to Chabé Limousines
